Our multinational team


Serena has a background in management consulting and has worked with clients ranging from startups to large multinational corporations and state governments. She believes it is critical for organizations to actively engage in transformative social initiatives, benefiting not only their own interests, but also contributing to the overall well-being of society. Serena highlights the importance of close collaboration with communities to understand how corporations can contribute effectively. Furthermore, she emphasizes the importance of building trust-based relationships to understand and address the genuine needs of the community members, ensuring that their voices help shape the strategies that are implemented.
Bedias lives and works in Solwezi, North-West Zambia. He oversees social impact projects including the Kansanshi Sports Foundation which brings identity and purpose to huge numbers of the Solwezi young people.
Bartholomew is a Zambian orphan who built a relationship with Social Impact Partners and now is a head coach at Kansanshi Rowing. He studied sports management at Barcelona University and has a heart for bringing opportunities to those in need.
Rev’d James studied psychology and theology at Durham and Oxford Universities respectively. After representing Great Britain in rowing and triathlon (and coaching from grassroots to the Olympic Games), he moved with his family to various places in the world including Zambia, New Zealand and Australia to work for social impact, empower young people and bring projects and well-being to indigenous communities on behalf of large companies.
